  Shipping Time:
  Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  During festivals or sales, dispatch may take a little longer — but don’t worry, we’ll always keep you updated!

  Delivery Time:
  Standard delivery within India takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner’s serviceability.

  Shipping Charges:

  Standard prepaid shipping charges – ₹89 

  FREE delivery on orders above ₹599

  For orders below ₹599, a shipping fee will apply

  Cash on Delivery (COD):
  COD orders will attract an additional ₹100 handling fee, payable at the time of delivery.

  Order Tracking:
  Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or phone to follow your package in real-time.

  Delays:
  While we partner with reliable couriers, unforeseen delays (such as weather, strikes, or festivals) are beyond our control.

  Return & Exchange Policy

  Eligibility:
  We accept returns/exchanges only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

  Request Window:
  You must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with order details and product pictures.

  Non-Returnable Items:
  For hygiene and safety reasons, hair accessories/nails are not eligible for return/exchange unless they arrive damaged.
  Necklace Sets:
  Necklace sets are not eligible for return. They can only be exchanged in case of damage, defect, or a wrong product received.
  This policy applies to necklace set orders worth ₹1099 or above.
  If the same set is sold out, you may choose any other product of equal value from our website.
  No partial refunds will be issued for such exchanges.

  Condition:
  Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  Refund/Exchange Process:

  If eligible, you may choose between a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

  Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after a quality check.

  Shipping charges are non-refundable

  Cancellation:
  Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
