Delivery Policy

• We process all orders within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via message or email.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewellery, but please read carefully:

1. Necklace Sets

• Necklace sets are not eligible for return.
• Only exchange is allowed (in case of size issue or manufacturing defect).

2. Hair Accessories

• No return or exchange is allowed due to hygiene concerns.

3. Damaged Product Policy

• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customer must provide an unboxing video (without pause/cut) or clear product pictures as proof.
• Return will be accepted only if damage is verified.
• Without proper video proof, we will not be able to process a return or exchange.

Important Notes

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Exchange is allowed only once per order.
• Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
